Mentoring brings together experienced professionals and mentees seeking inspiration. Mentoring meetings can focus on topics such as defining your expertise, building networks, well-being, self-leadership, and future ambitions. If job hunting is currently relevant for the mentee, the mentor can also provide support and sparring for the application process.
