TRADENOMIVAPPU- BBA students' 1st of May celebrations

“Vappu on vuosittain 1. toukokuuta vietettävä enimmäkseen länsimaalainen kansainvälinen juhlapäivä ja monissa maissa yleinen vapaapäivä. Se on kevään loppupuolen juhlapäivä sekä kansainvälinen työväen juhlapäivä. Suomessa vapunpäivää aattopäivineen vietetään työväen, ylioppilaiden ja kevään karnevaalijuhlana” - Wikipedia

“May Day = Vappu is a public holiday usually celebrated on May 1. It is an ancient northern hemisphere spring festival. It is also a traditional spring holiday in many cultures. Dances, singing, and cake are usually part of the celebrations that the day includes.” - Wikipedia

Huhhuh. Nyt se on ohi, vuoden 2017 lumisateinen mutta myös auringonpaisteinen vappu. Vappua ja etenkin Tradenomivappua juhlittiin myös tänäkin vuonna ympäri Suomea. Tradenomivappuun kuuluu mm. tradenomilakki, puistopiknik, skumppa ja tietenkin tradenomiylpeys. Tradenomivappu kasvattaa Tradenomi-identiteettiä kansallisesti.

Wow, now it is over. Vappu 2017 which included sunshine and snowstorms. Vappu and especially BBA students' 1st of May celebrations = Tradenomivappu was celebrated all around Finland this year. BBA students' 1st of May celebrations include wearing a tradenomilakki (BBA-hat), picnic in a park, sparkling wine and naturally BBA-proudness. BBA students' 1st of May celebrations boosts up BBA-identity nationally.
