Joining The Professionals of Business and Technology (Tradenomi) is an investment in your career and the collective bargaining power of all members. Membership provides access to a wide range of services, including career and employment support, legal advice, and leisure-time benefits tailored for BBAs. The organization offers various membership types to accommodate different life stages, such as Full, Family, Student (with Black, Gold, and Silver tiers), Retired, and Entrepreneur memberships. You can easily join online, by text message, or by phone, and the union will assist with transferring your membership from another organization.
What are the student membership tiers and their annual costs?
Student members can choose from three tiers:
What is the monthly membership fee for a full member without unemployment fund membership?
Without membership of an unemployment fund, the membership fee for a full member is EUR 27.25 per month.
What is the policy for membership fee discounts?
A membership fee discount of 50% is granted to all full members who are without salary income for at least one month, for example, during layoffs or unemployment.
What is the annual membership fee for a retired member?
A retired member’s membership fee is EUR 40 per year.

Full members, family members, and Black level student members are covered by leisure-time travel and accident insurance.
The insurance covers full members of the Professionals of Business and Technology and gold/black level student members.
Membership fees paid as a Gold or Black level student member are credited back during the first three years of full membership after graduation.
Through our Cashback benefit, all membership fees paid as a Gold or Black level member will be credited back to you during your first three years of membership when you transition to a full member of Tradenomit after graduating.

Legal Protection requires a six-month membership period before it can be used for a dispute.
In order to be able to invoke the benefit, the member is required to have been a member of the union for six months by the time the dispute concerning an employment relationship arises.
