Remote work due to coronavirus

An employer cannot unilaterally order an employee to work remotely; however, remote work is recommended due to the coronavirus. Always agree on remote work with your employer or follow the employer’s instructions for remote work. 

If you are unable to work remotely, the employer is obligated to arrange a place for you to work.
