On It Films, an in-house video partner for Supercell, is looking for a TikTok-savvy Video Editor and Content Creator to bring trending, innovative, and bold content ideas to life.
Your role with us
As a TikTok Video Editor and Content Creator, your work will focus on Brawl Stars and potentially expand across Supercell’s portfolio. You'll independently plan, shoot, and edit vertical TikTok videos that resonate with the global gaming community. Working closely with our SoMe team, you’ll transform gameplay, memes, and TikTok trends into fresh and funny stories that match Supercell tone and push creative boundaries.
What makes you a great fit?
You know everything about TikTok and understand how to maximize the platform’s potential. You follow trends with precision, know what’s hot (and what’s not), and are quick to turn ideas into action. You're a creative storyteller who is hands-on with production tools and enjoys experimenting with new formats. Bonus points if you’re already immersed in Brawl Stars or other Supercell games.
Requirements:
- Proficient in video editing using professional software of your choice (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)
- Experience filming with a variety of cameras and equipment
- Native knowledge of TikTok, including trends, formats, and engagement strategies
- Understanding of TikTok business account restrictions, including advertising guidelines, content limitations, and platform policies
- Excellent creative and storytelling skills
- Ability to work quickly, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing trends
- Understanding the gaming community - preferably playing Supercell games (Especially Brawl Stars)
Bonus points:
-Experience with TikTok analytics tools and strategies for boosting engagement
- Previous experience managing business or brand TikTok accounts
- A portfolio or examples of your TikTok work

Practicalities:
This is a full-time, permanent position where you’ll be employed as aTalent People employee at On It Films. Your main work location will be their office in Ruoholahti, Helsinki with occasional possibility for remote work. The preferred start date is in August 2025. Salary in this position is 3500 €/month.
