We are looking for

We at Clevry are looking for our client, Eduhouse Oy, a marketing and internal and external communication professional working in the role of Head of Marketing and Communication. The employment is temporary and fulltime and you will be employed by Eduhouse Oy. You can work at Eduhouse’s Helsinki office or completely remotely from another locality. The start date is as soon as possible.

In the role of Head of Marketing and Communication you lead a multinational team of three and are responsible for the success of marketing in Finland, Sweden and Norway. The role of marketing is to create high quality leads for sales. The job description includes planning and managing marketing in a global environment, as well as creating a marketing strategy and budget. In this role you are resbonsible of setting goals and KPI’s and carry out daily marketing tasks. In order to succeed in this role you need to have previous relevant experience for about five years of working in global enviroment and leading a team. Marketing experience of SaaS or similar service and experience of Hubspot system are considered as a merit.

You will succeed in this position if you have good communication skills in english and you have been working in global enviroment. You are practical and active person who is not afraid to increase your and your team’s competence. You have genuine desire and interest to grow Eduhouse’s marketing.

Main responsibilities
- Leading multinational marketing team and being responsible for success of marketing in Finland, Sweden and Norway
- Creating a marketing strategy and budget and are responsible for setting goals and KPIs
- Daily marketing tasks
- Creating high quality leads for sales

Our expectations
- A relevant university degree (e.g. BBA or MBA)
- Previous relevant working experience for about five years
- Experience of working in global enviroment
- Previous experience of leading a team and working as a supervisor
- Marketing experience of SaaS or similar service and experience of Hubspot system are considered as a merit  
- Good communication skills in finnish and english
- Active and practical attitude and genuine interest of growing marketing
