Supercell is now looking for an energetic and proactive Team Support Trainee to join their Helsinki-based Team Support Team. You will play a big part in making sure that everything runs smoothly for Supercell´s teams. In this job, not one day is like another!
Your main responsibilities include:
- Travel arrangements from booking flights and hotels to ground transportation arrangements
- Team days and team offsites arrangements
- Assisting with benefits related queries
- Assisting with events
- Assisting with other daily operations

The ideal person for this role is a service-minded, friendly, social people person and has the lets do this attitude. You love helping others and finding solutions even in the trickiest situations, and you do it with a fantastic and flexible attitude. You are not afraid of juggling different tasks at the same time, you keep calm in changing situations and have an understanding on which tasks to prioritize. Basically, good common sense and a hands-on approach are amongst the most essential traits in this position.
Requirements:
- Relevant educational background (e.g. management assistant, business, hospitality mgmt)
- Some previous experience in administrative or office support roles, including daily operations, meeting scheduling, and coordination
- Excellent coordination skills and ability to take initiative
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work onsite at Supercell HQ in Helsinki
Assets:
- Experience in business travel arrangements and using travel management systems
- Hands-on experience in office administration tasks
- Genuine interest in (Supercell) games

Practicalities
This is a full-time, fixed-term, and paid traineeship, preferably starting in October 2025 and lasting 7 months. In this position, you will be employed directly to Supercell. Youll work onsite at Supercell HQ in Jätkäsaari. You have a possibility to affect the duration and the specific start date of the traineeship.
Initial timetable for the recruitment:
Sun 25.05. Application deadline
Week 22: Phone interviews with aTalent
Week 23-26: A few rounds of onsite interviews with Supercell (remote option if needed)
Week 27: Final decision and employment contract
October 2025: Planned starting date (negotiable)
